As natural products, we recognize that very rarely some shipping conditions may alter the appearance of the product(s). Pure Soul Essence cannot assure the purity of merchandise once it has been shipped, but the team does our best to work with reputable shippers who abide by our requests to ensure that customers receive Pure Soul Essence products in the way we've intended.

The quality and healing properties of our products are not affected by melting.
On sunny or hot days, BEFORE opening Pure Soul Essence products, place the items in your refrigerator for a few hours to allow them to harden, just in case they have melted in transit.
Unfortunately sale items cannot be returned or exchanged. Associated shipping costs are non-refundable.
