Q: How do I check the status of my order?

A: Upon placing your order, please allow up to 3 business days to have your order processed. Our fulfilment team packs your ordered item(s) and ships the package(s) out as soon as possible. Once an order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number to your order. You may also visit our website at any time and click on our Order Lookup page to find the real-time update of your shipment. If you did not receive the order tracking number or did not find any updates under our Order Lookup page after 5 business days, please contact us immediately and we will do all we can to investigate. Customers can also track items on the USPS website with the shipping tracking number provided by our support team via email. 

Q: How long does shipping takes?

A: For domestic orders in the United States, it will normally take 4 to 7 business days. For International orders, please allow up to 8-12 days.

Q: Do you ship Internationally?

A: Yes! We ship worldwide to ensure that every customer will enjoy his or her shopping experience with us.

Q: Is your website secure with my personal information?

A: Absolutely! We use SSL security to ensure all your personal information is encrypted. We do not store your credit card information and it will be used one-time only upon purchasing of your product. Then your credit card information will be purged.

Q: How do I order on your website?

A: Simply find the product you'd want and click the 'Add To Cart' button. Fill in your shipping and billing information and we'll have your order shipped to you as soon as possible!

Q: Does Pure Soul Essence provide a quality guarantee for all the products being sold?

A: Absolutely! If you do not like the product or find damages to the product, contact us immediately! We do all we can to ensure a positive shopping experience. 

Please note that in warm/hot climates, the quality and healing properties of our products are not affected by melting. Simply stated, they will still "work". 

If you've received your product via delivery and it's been sitting out/or within hot areas for an extended period of time, the team recommends that BEFORE opening the products, place the items in your refrigerator for a few hours to allow them to harden, just in case they have melted in transit. 

Q: Do you offer a refund if I don't like the product?

Q: I have a coupon, how do I use it? (-OR-) Please execute my coupon code on this purchase. (-OR-) I don't see anywhere to enter my coupon code. 

A: From time-to-time, the Pure Soul Essence team will issue coupon codes for discounts on customer purchases. Coupons are not mandatory but serve as an additional opportunity for customers seeking an additional incentive to purchase from the store. This is a way for customers to gain additional savings. In most instances and unless otherwise stated, coupon codes must be entered on the checkout page in the appropriate section marked (see example image below for illustration purposes only). Be sure to click "apply" to register the coupon code entered and receive the associated discount.

It is important to remember your code and enter it exactly as it appears to complete the discounting process during the time of your purchase. One coupon code can be used per transaction. 

Requests for additional discount codes from the Pure Soul Essence team will not be supported, nor will requests for coupon code entry by the Pure Soul Essence team AFTER making your purchases. 

In some instances of (e.g. - exclusive sales offers or bulk purchases), Pure Soul Essence has already provided a published discount. Therefore, the discount has already been applied and the customer will locate this at checkout. In such transactions, a coupon code window may not be visible during the checkout process and further/additional discounts will not be added. 

Pure Soul Essence reserves the right to administer, remove or reject coupons at any time, however customers are encouraged to return and submit unused/unsubmitted coupons for a new purchase. 

Q: Which soap making process is used to create Pure Soul Essence products?

A: There are a few ways of making body bar soaps. All Pure Soul Essence handmade soaps are made using the hot process method. The hot process method delivers a rustic, unfinished, less shiny appearance when compared to other methods and has been around for over 1000 years.
